Using a traditional infusion method, Sotto Voce produces small batches of premium quality spiced and herbed olive oils and vinegars. Each bottle is done by hand, from the 'herbing' and filling to the corking and labeling.  Each bottle is unique unto itself. Their products are 100% natural, they use no additives or artificial flavorings. Taste is Sotto Voce's prime goal, but the unique blends and colors are an extra bonus.  They currently offer seven different olive oil flavors, and ten vinegar blends.
